Organist
Brandon Santini
With only three
years of piano study, Organist, Brandon Santini, was attracted
to the pipe organ when he was nine years old. After hearing Bach's Toccata
and Fugue in D minor he started to teach himself to play the piece on
a spinet organ at home.

In little less than a years
time he had most of it learned. His parents, out of curiosity, decided
to bring him to a local church to try it on a full size pipe organ. When
the church services ended, Brandon climbed up on the organ bench and started
to play. Barely able to reach the pedals, he started to play the Toccata.
His playing caught the attention of people who were lingering after the
service and a member of the congregation asked if he would do a concert.
With the purchase of a beginners organ book, he learned several organ
pieces and gave his first recital on his eleventh birthday. The audience
was amazed at what they heard and Brandon received a standing ovation.
It was at this performance that Brandon met his first organ teacher. Since
then he has performed in a little over 3 dozen churches, cathedrals, and
music halls around his home state and has received much recognition from
notable organ masters. Read more
